Aug 28th – Sep 3, 2017 — ToorCon San Diego 19
ToorCon 19 is fast approaching this year! For this year, the dates have been moved up, so if you haven’t yet picked up your tickets, then please head here. Workshops are filling up quickly, and if you wait until September to buy your conference tickets for TC 19, then you’ll only be looking at TC++…
Workshops now extend up to 4 days this year, and more information can be found on the ToorCon San Diego Workshop Page.
If you are looking to attend the 2017 ToorCon Deep Knowledge Seminars, seating is limited, but there is still time to sign up!
And, if you are just attending the weekend Conference component, you can find the talks you will want to look forward to on the ToorCon San Diego Conference page. Remember to buy your tickets now, before the price increases at the door!
We look forward to seeing you in a few weeks!
And if you are heading to ToorCamp (and who amongst us isn’t?), please go ahead and mark your calendars for SAN JUAN ISLANDS, WA
JUNE 20-24, 2018. Cabin sales went fast, but there are still general admission available!
We’re proud to announce our lineup for the Deep Knowledge Seminars on Friday September 1st. The Seminars are setup as a more intimate environment where there’s more of an interaction between the presenters and audience. Don’t miss out on these great talks and the chance to connect with some of the greatest minds in the security industry, Register Today!
The ToorCon 19 CFP is now officially open! The first round of talks will be announced on June 16th and the final selection on July 14th. Some preference will be given to talks that are submitted early, so get hacking and send in your latest research today!
Registration for ToorCon 17 is now open. We have moved the event to earlier in the year due to calendar conflicts in October. We have also expanded the workshops to 4 days and now the event starts on a Monday. 4 days of workshops, 1 day of Seminars, and 2 days of conference – a whole week of Toor! Register today!
We’ve finally gotten around to posting the slides for most of the talks, and should have videos up shortly. This year was a major success and everyone had great fun with the “ToorCon turns 18” voting theme for this year.
Once again, thanks so much for coming out last month and we look forward to seeing you all at the next event!
Check in is now open! We’re at the registration desk by the Emerald Ballroom on Level 2 of the Emerald Plaza Westin (400 W Broadway – not the other Westin that’s 3 blocks away). The reception is at the pool on the 3rd floor from 7pm-9pm. Can’t wait to see you all here!
The workshops are kicking off today at 8:30am and have been moved to the 13th floor in the Office Tower at the Emerald Plaza (use the office tower elevators on the other side of the building from the hotel lobby). Continental breakfast will be provided. If you have trouble finding us, ask the concierge or the office tower security desk in the lobby.
We have some great workshops this year. Once again, Michael Ossmann will be teaching his best selling Software Defined Radio Workshop based on the HackRF. New workshops for this year include Dmitry Nedospasov teaching Hardware Hacking using FPGAs and Ubertooth hackers, Mike Ryan & Dominic Spill teaching their first ever Bluetooth Hacking Workshop. Tickets are selling fast, so register today!
